•Ensure day to day operations ran safe and efficient, took care of scheduling of maintenance, kept up cab card were up to date as well as test dates on trailers and permits were up to date and were correct for the area operating in. Dispatched drivers to where there were not alot of deadhead for the trucks to ensure maximum fuel efficiency. Travel to different areas to help out, establish new areas. Which entails setting up with refineries, carding drivers , getting trailers in the system, finding and hiring drivers, setup trailer shops accounts, establish routes and coordinating with office on any HR issues the drivers may have. Also finding state by state permits we may need to operate in.
